Complaints Procedure

Postby Jo » Sun Dec 19, 2004 11:36 am

If anyone wishes to make a complaint about a moderator or another member you must follow this proceedure:

1. Send a Private Message to me stating exactly what the complaint is.
2. You should include proof to uphold your complaint, including actual quotes of messages sent with dates and times.
3. Continue to save any additional evidence while you wait for me to reply to your message.

Please be aware that we very rarely delete anything - most topics that disappear from the public forum are stored for posterity in hidden forums.

Any complaint made in the public forums will be treated as bullying, will not be taken seriously and the person making the complaint risks having their account suspended, along with anyone else who jumps on the band wagon.
